The Single EU Rule Book for AML/CFT refers to a unified set of regulatory frameworks including different levels of rules .The rules set to be featured in the new Single Rule Book should be more detailed and, in many ways, more granular than the current Regulatory Technical Standards will be prepared by the new AMLA .The new Authority will give an opportunity for Member States to respond to specific risks.

The Single EU Rule Book will cover all aspects of AML/CFT rules, including customer due diligence, beneficial ownership, and the regulatory tasks of FIU and supervisors. It will help supervisors to enhance cooperation to have more rapid investigations and larger enforcement.
